EXPRESS DELIVERY SERVICE FOR ALL ORDERS:

Ionian Treasures In Stock items will be dispatched between 1-3  business days Mon-Fri

(excludes public holidays) All items will be sent out via Express Postage Service with Australia post.Express shipping takes approx 2-3 business days after item has been fulfilled depending on Location. A $10.00 Delivery fee flat rate applies to all orders.

 FREE LOCAL DELIVERY AVAILABLE WITHIN 5KM OF CHADSTONE 3148 VIC: 3166Ionian Treasures Free  Local Drop off service available in the shipping method tab when making an online purchase Local Drop off takes approx 1-3 Business Days. This shipping method is free of charge and only applies for postal addresses located within a 5km radius of Chadstone VIC Australia. when choosing shipping method please choose carefully. If you wish to choose the local drop of method please keep in mind the 5km radius of  your location. If your location is not within the radius of Chadstone VIC a $10 delivery fee will apply.

ORDER CONFIRMATION:

All Customers will receive an invoice followed by a confirmation email after placing an order. When your order has been fulfilled and packed you will receive an email stating the item has been packed and ready for shipment. Customers will also receive an email when item has been shipped with a tracking number attached. If you have chosen free local drop off shipping method the same applies you will also receive a confirmation email stating your order has been dropped of in a safe place.

Ionian Treasures Brand takes no liability if wrong postage address is provided Please be cautious when filling out details, if package gets lost or stolen after confirmed Local Drop off or damaged during Australia Post transit. All customer will receive confirmation that their items have arrived safely and is left in a safe place. Ionian Treasures outs love are care packaging  products securely and safely so no damages occur in transit. If you have received a damaged item due to Postal transit an enquiry with Australia postal service will have to be submitted.
